At PranaTrack, we take your privacy extremely seriously. Because we handle highly sensitive health data, we operate under a strict zero-trust philosophy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Data Collection & Usage

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: We use Google Authentication (and in some cases, email/password) to authenticate you. We only store your email address and basic profile info provided by the auth provider.
• Health Data: When you upload a blood test report (PDF), we temporarily process this file to extract your biomarker data. The raw PDF is discarded, and the extracted data points are encrypted and stored in our database so you can track longitudinal trends.

4. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures, including data-in-transit encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and data-at-rest encryption within our PostgreSQL databases. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Deletion & Right to be Forgotten

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated health records at any time. When you trigger an account deletion, all profiles, raw data, and insights associated with your user ID are permanently destroyed from our active databases.
