By accessing or using the PranaTrack application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

The Service is provided for educational, informational, and personal empowerment purposes only. We do NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The insights generated by our AI models based on your uploaded blood tests are meant to help you understand your data better, not to replace the professional judgment of a healthcare provider.
You should always consult your doctor, physician, or qualified medical professional before making any health-related decisions, changing your diet, starting a new fitness regimen, or altering any medication based on insights gained from this Service. We are not legally liable for any health outcomes resulting from your use of this Service.
3. Data Accuracy
While our extraction algorithms and AI models are highly advanced, optical character recognition (OCR) and large language models (LLMs) can occasionally hallucinate or extract data incorrectly. It is your responsibility to verify that the extracted biomarker values match your original physical or digital reports. We hold no liability for errors in data extraction or subsequent insights derived from misextracted data.
4. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password or authentication methods you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PranaTrack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
